Once your appointment is booked, I’ll contact you by message or phone so we can go over all the details and agree on the exact design you want.

Appointments must be confirmed one day in advance. If you created an account on my website and booked your appointment online, you will receive appointment notifications. However, confirming your attendance is still required.

Late arrivals are tolerated for up to 15 minutes. However, please keep in mind that we may not have enough time to complete the design you originally wanted. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may only be able to do a simple base or a minimal design. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Please come to your appointment alone. If you plan to bring someone with you, you must let me know in advance.

Change / cancelation of appointments without compensation is possible at least 24 hours before the set appointment.

I do not work on infected or “diseased” nails, such as nails affected by onychomycosis, nor on severely bitten or badly damaged nails. When coming to your appointment, please make sure your hands are clean and basic hand hygiene is maintained.
